  • Me Paul Wayland has dedicated his career entirely to municipal law and more specifically to municipal taxation, property assessment and expropriation.
  • Me Paul Dupéré began his practice in 1985 within the labour law group of the Société de transport de la Ville de Montréal’s legal department. In 1991, he pursued his career in labour law in large private firms, including Desjardins Ducharme and Guy & Gilbert. He is one of the founding partners of DHC Avocats.
  • Since the beginning of his practice, Me Pierre G. Hébert has been able to make his mark by achieving success in numerous mandates relating to labour relations where the stakes made jurisprudence in Québec.

  • Me André Comeau is one of the founding members of the firm. His career of over forty (40) years has been entirely dedicated to municipal law. He acts as legal advisor as well as litigator.   • Me Jean-François Girard is a biologist and attorney specializing in environmental and municipal law. He acts as legal advisor, represents clients before the courts and administrative tribunals and also drafts regulations, bylaws and agreements in all aspects of municipal affairs.

  • Mr. David Robitaille is full professor at the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section, of the University of Ottawa. He teaches Constitutional law, Human rights and freedoms and Municipal law.

  • Me Sandra Daudelin works mainly in labor and employment law. She has also been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal and at HEC Montreal for several years.
  • Mtre. Anthony P. Freiji is a versatile litigator who is a member of the Barreau du Québec and of the Law Society of Ontario. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, real estate and construction law, labour and employment law as well as administrative law.
  • Mtre Sivret practices in civil and commercial litigation with a focus on municipal and real estate law. She represents a diverse clientele ranging from municipalities, enterprises to particulars in front of the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal. Mtre Sivret also prosecutes cases before the Court of Quebec and many municipal courts in matters of urban planning, collection and municipal pricing, as well as in criminal and penal matters. She is listed among the advisors in municipal ethics and deontology established by the Commission municipale du Québec, and is called by multiple organizations to offer training to elected officials and municipal civil servants in many areas of municipal law.
  • Me George Boulay practices primarily within the civil and commercial litigation team. He serves his clients with meticulous attention to detail, handling a variety of cases involving real estate law, hypothecary recourses and civil and contractual liability.
  • Me Shen received her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Sherbrooke in 2018, and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Municipal Law at the same institution in 2021. After studying at the University of Grenoble-Alpes from 2019 to 2020, she also earned a Master 2 degree in Business Law. Me Shen gained valuable practical experience through internships within the legal departments of two multinational companies and within the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. At the end of her studies, she completed a legal internship with a special focus on misconduct cases at the Commission municipale du Québec. Me Shen is also dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the legal field, and regularly attends conferences and seminars to further her knowledge and skills.
