Me Steve Cadrin works primarily in the field of municipal law where he leads and offers counsel on matters relating to urban planning, construction, evaluation, expropriation and the environment.

Me Cadrin also acts before the Régie de l’énergie where he represents the Association des restaurateurs du Québec, the Association Hôtellerie Québec and the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l’habitation du Québec in virtually all matters relating to billing, service conditions, energy efficiency programs and in the production of energy by municipalities (electric and natural gas).

Me Cadrin is also called upon to act regularly in various civil litigation and administrative law matters, including extraordinary recourses before the Superior Court for a clientele composed mainly of municipalities. He also represents a diverse clientele in professional and health law.

In the course of mandates representing municipalities, Me Cadrin has also developed a particular expertise before the municipal courts in matters of urban planning, municipal taxation and fees as well as in criminal and penal law.
