Me Rino Soucy practices in municipal law, in environmental law, in real estate and civil law.
Since the beginning of his career, he represents many municipalities and public organizations before the courts, namely, the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Québec and the administrative tribunals.
He is listed among the advisors in municipal ethics and deontology established by the Commission municipale du Québec.
Since the start of his practice, he has been regularly called upon by multiple organizations to offer training to elected officials and municipal civil servants in many areas of municipal law since the beginning of his practice.
Me Soucy has also produced numerous texts and presented various conference in the area of municipal law.
