Mtre. Anthony P. Freiji is a versatile litigator who is a member of the Barreau du Québec and of the Law Society of Ontario. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, labour and employment law, real estate and construction law, as well as administrative law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mtre. Freiji practiced in boutique litigation firms and a law branch of a Federal department, in Montreal and in Ottawa. In doing so, he acquired experience in both the private and public sectors, and gained exposure to large-scale cases, including cases involving public law-related matters, and projects.
Having a proven track record of his strong entrepreneurship and negotiation skills as litigator, legal counsel and project manager, Mtre. Freiji regularly advises his clients of decisions that are required in the context of complex litigation files, labour disputes or business transactions, and always strives to find creative solutions for them.
