Me André C. Giroux has practiced in labour and employment law for over twenty (20) years. In particular, he acts in accreditation matters, in grievance arbitration, in human rights and labour standards, occupational health and safety, as well as in the negotiation of collective agreements for employers under both provincial and federal jurisdiction.
He serves a clientele emanating from all economic sectors including manufacturing, industrial, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, construction and retail.
Me Giroux acts for his clients before all tribunals as well as in conciliation and mediation. He also acts as legal advisor and negotiator in the negotiation of employment contracts and collective agreements.
