Me Sébastien Sénéchal is a civil litigator, specializing in real estate and administrative litigation. For the past 15 years, Me Sénéchal has been called upon to plead before most of civil and administrative Courts, including the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, the Tribunal administratif du Québec and the Federal Court.
Me Sénéchal also acts a legal advisor for the Union des tenanciers de bars du Québec and because of his unique expertise on liquor permits matters and their impact on municipal bylaws, he has been invited to participate in numerous interviews, parliamentary committees and liaison committees regarding the Act respecting Liquor permits, the Tobacco control Act, and other related legislation.
