Mtre Amélie Boudreau practices primarily within the firm’s civil and commercial litigation team, where she is involved in matters of civil and contractual liability, shareholder disputes and real estate law.
In her practice, Mtre Boudreau represents clients before various courts, such as the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court and the Court of Quebec, which has contributed to the development of her strength of character, a strength she puts to good use in her litigation practice.
Motivated by a desire to help her clients, Mtre Boudreau approaches each mandate entrusted to her with pragmatism and attention to detail and her listening approach enables her to offer creative solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
Mtre Boudreau is also a versatile lawyer with expertise in construction and municipal law. Prior to joining the firm, Me Boudreau practiced both within an international law firm and a boutique law firm, where she acquired skills in business law as well as civil and commercial litigation.
