Me Jean-François Girard is a biologist and attorney specializing in environmental and municipal law. He acts as legal advisor, represents clients before the courts and administrative tribunals and also drafts regulations, bylaws and agreements in all aspects of municipal affairs.

After having been its president from 2003 until 2013, Me Girard continues to sit on the board of the Centre québécois du droit de l’environnement (CQDE).

As a member of the firm’s municipal law team, he offers a particular expertise to municipalities wishing to overcome challenges relating to sustainable development and wishing to improve the quality of their citizens’ living space.
