Me Patrice Ricard specializes in administrative and civil litigation. In this regard, he has had the opportunity to plead before all jurisdictions of Québec and before a good number of administrative tribunals including, the Tribunal administratif du Québec, the Commission de protection du territoire agricole and before the statutory tribunals in labour matters.

Me Ricard pairs his competencies with the two (2) principle practice areas of the firm, namely in municipal law, including taxation, property assessment and expropriation, and in labour relations mainly in civil matters.

An accomplished practician, Me Ricard mostly represents municipalities in matters of contractual and extra-contractual liability, in injunctions, extraordinary recourses and in real estate and urban planning matters, in addition to drafting opinions on all matters relevant to his competencies.
