Me Jean Hétu is a full professor at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal where he principally teaches municipal law and general administrative law.

Me Hétu is legal advisor to numerous municipalities as well as to the government of Québec. He is also the author of numerous articles and works on municipal and administrative law.

  • Co-author of the Malouf report on the costs of the Montreal Olympic Games.

  • Me Hétu oversaw the reform of the municipal courts of Québec in 1987.
